Tinker Thinkers: Wind-Powered Cabin
Ages 6 to 12 | Mon January 15 [whole day]
This hands-on workshop will get kids building their own wind turbine that powers a miniature home! Will you create a home for your favourite Pokémon character? Or will it be a comfy cabin for your toy pet dog? As the designer and creator of your own wind-powered cabin, you will learn about sustainable ways to harness energy from nature. During the workshop kids will engage in a variety of play-based learning activities that will develop their problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
Minecraft and Lego: Underwater Wonderland
Ages 6 to 12 | Tue January 16 [whole day]
Dive into an ocean-themed adventure. This workshop is designed to inspire creativity and exploration as participants embark on a journey to build their underwater habitats, create imaginative sea creatures, and delve into the depths of the Minecraft ocean before using LEGO models and easy-to-use and engaging robotics to recreate their ideas.

Minecraft and Lego: Friendship Castle
Ages 6 to 12 | Wed January 17 [whole day]
In this workshop, participants will unite to construct charming castles or kingdoms in the virtual realm of Minecraft, followed by the hands-on experience of translating their imaginative creations into reality using LEGO and entry-level robotics kits.
